Our founding team, along with the advisory panel has over 30 years of experience in the tech and complaints sector, delivering case management and CRM software nationally to law firms, legal organisations, public and consumer bodies.

We're breaking legal software stereotypes.

Gone are the days when your work and processes are dictated to you by the software you use. We've created an agile, intuitive system that is a joy to use and judging by the responses of our users, it's been a long time coming.

Our team are hand-picked as they share our company values and goals of, put simply, creating the best software in the world.

The software has been created entirely by Tizo developers and we remain proudly independent. We don't have any shareholders meaning our only focus is solely on the end-user.

Becca Savage


Becca has spent her career working for SaaS companies in the Legal and Accounting sector.

In 2018 she was appointed as a Number 10 Young Entrepreneur Ambassador and attended the G20 on behalf of the government and through this initiative she met regularly with the PM’s special advisor for small businesses to discuss what the government should be doing to support SMEs. She also set up a networking group to encourage and inspire women to start their own businesses.

Steve Hinder


Steve has been developing bespoke software for various businesses across multiple sectors for over 15 years. Steve founded Tizo in 2013 and has since consolidated his experiences of working in multiple sectors into the Tizo platform.

Balinder Walia

Head of Development

Bal has more than 21 years of experience in developing and maintaining software, IT systems, businesses and the people.

At Tizo, Bal manages the architecture, technical infrastructure and design.

Rachel Hinder

Account Manager

Rachel joined the Tizo team in 2021 as an account manager. She handles day to day project management as well as the financial matters of the business such as client billing. She approaches all aspects of any job with a positive, hard-working mindset, and is passionate about helping find solutions to any challenge. She brings with her an extensive background in customer service and account management.

Jonathan Coulson


He is an active member of The Furniture Makers’ Company (The Furnishing Industry’s Charity); a Liveryman since July 2014 and ex-Chairman of the Corporate Membership Committee. Jonathan was also ranked 9th in LinkedIn’s Most Engaged Marketers in the UK during 2013.

Kevin Grix

Non-Executive Director

Kevin began providing advisory services to Tizo over a decade ago. Since 2019 he has been a non-executive director. Kevin works with the software development team at Tizo to advise on UX and the architecture of our core software to ensure that it meets the needs of our clients and end users. Professionally, Kevin began his career in finance and retail before qualifying as a barrister. An expert in dispute management, he has a dual mandate at the Rail Ombudsman and the Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman where he holds the post of Chief Ombudsman and Chief Executive.

Nick Groves

Non-Executive Director

With Aviva, Nick graduated from the Project Management programme launching initiatives into the business including a workforce management system and the off-shoring of a legacy product. At Cobia, Nick developed and integrated a range of HR/Pay products into enterprise businesses and SMEs. Nick developed and managed +£50m efficiencies across his accounts.

Nick, along with his co-founders launched tech start-up Orka in 2018, and has overseen their onboarding, acquisition and engagement strategies.

Billy Quinn

Non-Executive Director

Billy joined the Tizo Limited Board as a Non-Executive Advisory Director, having previous non executive/ Chair experience. He brings a wealth of retail and leadership experience both in senior executive and director roles, of particular note the Home Retail Group & B&Q, part of the Kingfisher Group. He is currently the acting CEO for a digital training platform Central Compliance UK.
